This red wine, classified as Terre Siciliane IGP, stands out for its 14.5% alcohol content and its artisanal, vegan-friendly approach. A distinctive feature of this wine is the absence of added sulfites, which enhances its purity and authenticity. Fermentation occurs with a pied-de-cuve of only indigenous yeasts, in contact with the skins for approximately 50 days, a process that contributes to the wine's aromatic complexity. Aged in neutral fiberglass tanks, with capacities ranging from 1,500 to 2,500 liters, for 18 months, followed by an additional 18 months of bottle aging. This lengthy aging process gives the wine a solid structure and a rich, varied aromatic bouquet. Etna's volcanic terroir is reflected in the wine's mineral profile, which pairs perfectly with red meats, game, and aged cheeses. The ideal serving temperature is between 14 and 18°C (57 and 64°F) to best enhance its sensory characteristics. Frank Cornelissen Munjebel Rosso MC embodies the essence of Sicilian viticulture, combining tradition and innovation in a high-quality product capable of surprising and satisfying even the most discerning palates. Frank Cornelissen

Our agricultural philosophy is based on the principle that man is incapable of understanding Nature in its entirety, its complexity, and its interactions. We have chosen to observe in order to learn from the various energetic and cosmic changes of Mother Nature because we prefer to follow the indications that she gives us rather than deciding ourselves what to do and not to do. Consequently, this choice has led us to avoid, where possible, plowing the land and any other type of chemical, traditional, organic or biodynamic treatment. Accepting and following nature is our guideline, since the divine ability to understand the 'All' has not been clearly given to man, as we are only a part of this complexity and not God himself.
