Description

Candido 's Cru Cabernet Sauvignon comes from Camporeale vineyards, grown on clay soils that lend structure, elegance, and character to the Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The company was established in the early eighties. The company's activities include the entire chain from grape cultivation to winemaking, bottling and marketing. The winery is equipped with technologically advanced equipment, allowing for gentle pressing with vinification and refinement at controlled temperatures. The production process is based on superior quality production. Fundamental pillars of the adopted approach are respect for nature through organic farming; the value given to each grape which is sought to be kept intact and fresh. The use of auger carts capable of entering the vineyards makes all this possible.
