The barrels are staved in alternating oak and cherry wood, allowing the wine to mature more fully thanks to the different characteristics of the wood. After aging in the barrels, the wine is blended minimally with the new '40' vintage and bottled. The result is a cloudy wine with hints of gravel that pairs perfectly with roasts, braised meats, game, red meats, and aged cheeses. The ideal serving temperature is between 14 and 18°C. The winery adheres to organic principles, guaranteeing a high-quality and environmentally friendly product. Terre di Bruca Nero d'Avola 41 Terre Siciliane IGT is a Sicilian wine of great character, made from 100% Nero d'Avola grapes from the Calatafimi area. This red wine, with an alcohol content of 13.5%, is the result of a traditional winemaking method that involves destemming and maceration in steel tanks. Aged in temperature-controlled cement silos for approximately 4-5 months, followed by maturation in 25-hl barrels traditionally used in Sicily. The barrels are staved in alternating oak and cherry wood, allowing the wine to mature more fully thanks to the different characteristics of the wood. After aging in the barrels, the wine is blended minimally with the new '40' vintage and bottled. The result is a cloudy wine with hints of gravel that pairs perfectly with roasts, braised meats, game, red meats, and aged cheeses. The ideal serving temperature is between 14 and 18°C. The winery adheres to organic principles, guaranteeing a high-quality and environmentally friendly product.
