Description

Tenute Moganazzi Don Michele Etna Rosso is a Sicilian wine of great character, produced with Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio grapes. This Etna Rosso DOC comes from the northern slope of Mount Etna, an area renowned for its high-quality viticulture. The wine has an intense ruby red color and a complex bouquet of red fruits, spices, and mineral notes, typical of volcanic soil. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are crushed and left to ferment with their own yeasts for several weeks in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then racked and the skins pressed. The wine ages in French oak barrels before being bottled, lending elegance and depth to the final product. With an alcohol content of 13%, this Sicilian red wine is ideal with red meats and aged cheeses. The recommended serving temperature is between 14 and 18°C, to best enhance its sensory characteristics. Tenute Moganazzi Don Michele Etna Rosso represents the essence of Sicilian winemaking tradition, combining the richness of the Etna terroir with expert craftsmanship. Perfect for those seeking a quality wine that captures the history and passion of a unique land like Sicily.
