Description

Casa Grazia Tra Dune Bianco Terre Siciliane IGT is a Sicilian wine made with native white grapes from the Gela area. This white wine, with an alcohol content of 11.5%, is an excellent example of Sicily's winemaking tradition. Production is organic, respecting the environment and the local biodiversity. The soil in which the vines grow is loose and sandy, ideal for growing these grapes. The winemaking process involves destemming, followed by soft pressing and static decantation of the must. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 15°C for 15 days, ensuring the preservation of the fresh, fruity aromas. The wine then ages for 4 months in stainless steel and 1 month in bottle, further refining its sensory profile. Casa Grazia Tra Dune Bianco is perfect with fish and white meat dishes, and is ideally served at 8-10°C. The Casa Grazia winery is a member of FIVI , the Italian Federation of Independent Winemakers, which promotes the quality and authenticity of Italian wines.

Casa Grazia

Places that are simple in appearance and generous in substance. In the setting of the protected Naturale Reserve of Lake Biviere, tied to ancient myths and woven with popular beliefs, Casa Grazia bottles the fruit of a unique terroir, where dunes, wind, and sea ripen good grapes. A special territory, thanks to the presence of the largest coastal lake in Sicily - which is further characterized as a salt lake - that fully falls within the D.O.C.G of Cerasuolo di Vittoria, the only Sicilian D.O.C.G.. The lands, sandy and calcareous, extend along an ideal embrace, and outline the profile of a diverse landscape that concentrates all the bioclimatic favors of Sicily within it. The savoriness of the Lake and the salinity that blows from the coast, nourish air and earth bringing the Biviere grapes to maturity, destined to become great wines. Olive groves and orchards form the backdrop to the Casa Grazia vineyards and weave a pure beauty, made of history, places, and memory. It is in this favorable and generous context that Maria Grazia Di Francesco, with the love of an adoptive mother, grows and guards the precious fruits generated by her vineyards. It is here that Casa Grazia interprets, with dedication and gratitude, the work of the land, wealth for man and nobility for his spirit.
