This white wine embodies the essence of Sicily, with an alcohol content of 13%. The soil on which the vines grow is characterized by flysch, alternating with clay and sandstone, giving the wine a unique complexity. Production begins with a rigorous selection of the grapes upon delivery, followed by a soft pressing that ensures low yields, obtaining approximately 60% free-run must. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 15-16°C, to preserve the freshness and aromas of the grapes. The wine then ages in stainless steel for approximately 5 months, remaining on the fine lees at a temperature of 14°C. During this period, the batonnage technique is used, which consists of stirring the lees to further extract the varietal aromas. Finally, the wine is aged in bottle for three months, allowing it to reach its full potential. Guzman Mamertino Bianco is ideal with fish and white meat dishes, enhancing their flavors with its freshness and complexity. It is best served at 8-10°C to fully appreciate its sensory characteristics. This wine represents a perfect balance between tradition and innovation, offering a unique sensory experience that reflects the Sicilian terroir. Guzman

A family passion, a cult of wine. A fiefdom bearing barony, a family of professionals and entrepreneurs who have always been in love with the land. A new company, which looks to technology and is based on historical memory: at Tenuta Moreri, the Caffarelli Guzman family has been making wine for over a century, with the same strength as before. In the ancient farmhouse in Sicily, a contemporary cellar: history and innovation meet in the passion for wine, tenaciously cultivated by Benedetto Caffarelli. The Estate, a house of wine in a land full of beauty. A strip of land that dances - for centuries and without causing damage - between the sea of Sicily that looks to the Aeolian Islands and a forest of wild essences and scents. Tenuta Moreri dominates the north coast of Sicily, on the arc that goes from Cefalù to Messina: its vineyards extend between Tindari and Patti.
