Description

Azienda Agricola Gabriele presents its Terre Siciliane IGT white wine, an authentic expression of the 100% Zibibbo grape, grown on the picturesque island of Pantelleria. This Sicilian wine, with an alcohol content of 13.5%, is an organic and artisanal product, reflecting the winery's passion and dedication. The vines grow on rocky, volcanic soil, giving the wine a unique and distinctive minerality. The grapes are harvested by hand, followed by pressing with light maceration. Fermentation lasts approximately 12 days, and the wine is racked several times at 30-day intervals. It is unfiltered, thus preserving all its organoleptic characteristics, and is aged in stainless steel until bottling. This wine is ideal with fish and shellfish dishes, enhancing the flavors of the sea with its freshness and complexity. We recommend serving it at a temperature of 8-10°C to fully appreciate its qualities. The Azienda Agricola Gabriele is a member of FIVI , the Italian Federation of Independent Winemakers, and is committed to respecting the principles of sustainability and authenticity in the production of its wines.

Azienda Agricola Gabriele

Our company has been active in Pantelleria since 2015, we come from a family wine tradition that dates back to the post-war years, when Giovanni started this activity in Pantelleria then taken over by Antonio in 2012. Three values and principles that characterize our business:

Respect - What we have for our beloved island. We preserve it by trying not to alter its fruits. From this comes the choice of steel to preserve our unfiltered products.

Consumption - We want to promote a new model of conscious and critical consumption, telling the story and the contribution that our consumers can have for us and for the entire island.

Sustainability - Beyond the certification that attests to our practice in the vineyard, we have a sustainable management of natural resources, cultivation activities, transformation and distribution.
