Description

Alessandro Serughetti Luna Buona Etna Rosato is a highly prized Sicilian wine, produced with 100% Nerello Mascalese grapes. This Etna Rosato DOC comes from the northern slope of Etna, an area renowned for its high-quality viticulture. The wine has an alcohol content of 13.5% and meets organic production criteria. The volcanic soil gives the wine a unique and distinctive minerality. Cold maceration of the grapes, lasting 5 to 8 hours, allowed for better extraction of aromatic precursors and color. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine continued to age in tanks for at least 4 months, followed by approximately 3 months in the bottle. This meticulous winemaking process, respectful of local traditions, enhances the organoleptic characteristics of Nerello Mascalese , offering a rosé wine of great elegance and complexity. Alessandro Serughetti Luna Buona Etna Rosato is ideal for pairing with appetizers and fish dishes, served at 10-12°C. Its freshness and structure make it perfect for convivial moments and refined dinners.
