The wine ages on the skins for four months in stainless steel, acquiring complexity and structure, and then rests for at least three months in bottle before being released. Baglio Oro CeppiBianchi is ideal as an aperitif or paired with fish, shellfish, crustaceans, and white meats. It also pairs perfectly with appetizers, vegetables, and seafood.
