It also pairs perfectly with vegetables, fish, fresh cheeses, and shellfish. To fully appreciate its organoleptic characteristics, it is recommended to serve it at a temperature of 8-10°C. This wine embodies the essence of the Etna region, with its combination of freshness, minerality, and aromatic complexity, making it an excellent choice for lovers of quality white wines.

Benanti

Benanti. The high profile of Etna. Benanti means respect for all the specific viticultural vocations of Etna. The volcano and its terroir indeed present a significant heterogeneity, which makes each slope or area particularly suitable for one grape variety rather than another. Etna is over 3000 meters high: its slopes present substantial differences for viticultural activity, varying in exposure, temperature range, altitude, soil, brightness, rainfall, ventilation, influence of the sea, cultivation system. Benanti is the only Etna winery present on every side of the DOC. Typicality, elegance, character, longevity: this is what we seek. Our team is made up of Etna women and men, we cultivate only native varieties, we follow organic practices, we use only indigenous yeasts selected by us in the vineyard, we work with skill and thirty years of experience to preserve and enhance the link between territory and wine. Authentic wines, wines to remember.
