Description

Terre di Bruca Chimirici Terre Siciliane IGT is a Sicilian white wine made with Zibibbo and Moscato grapes from the Calatafimi area. This wine, with an alcohol content of 12.5%, is certified organic, guaranteeing particular attention to sustainability and the quality of the raw materials. The soil in which the vines grow is peaty with a slight sandy content, giving the wine unique and distinctive characteristics. The vinification is done without the skins, without any particular technical adjustments, so as not to alter the true qualitative potential of the grapes and the territorial expressions of the product. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of approximately 15°C in stainless steel tanks, followed by three months of bottle aging. This process allows for the wine's freshness and aromatic richness to be preserved. Terre di Bruca Chimirici is ideal with fish, shellfish, molluscs, and seafood, enhancing the flavors of the sea with its freshness and aromatic complexity. The recommended serving temperature is between 8 and 10°C, to best appreciate its sensory characteristics. The winery stands out for its attention to quality and sustainability in its winemaking. This wine represents a Sicilian excellence, capable of recounting the region's history and winemaking tradition with every sip.
