The aroma is dominated by the sweetness of honey, enriched by a range of spices, from chamomile to cardamom, from dried fruit to tobacco. On the palate, flavors of pastry and raisins prevail. The palate is fresh and citrusy. This wine pairs perfectly with chocolate and as a meditation wine. The ideal serving temperature is between 12 and 14°C, to ensure optimal tasting. We are a farm established in 1960 in Partinico that, for three generations, has passionately cultivated 55 hectares of vineyards located between the territory of Monreale and Partinico, at an altitude ranging from 250 to 600 meters above sea level.
