Masseria Setteporte

Masseria Setteporte is located in a unique place: on the slopes of the Etna volcano, in the town of Biancavilla, within the DOC Etna. Here time seems to have stopped. The Portale family, owners of the Masseria Setteporte, has passed down the art of winemaking from generation to generation. The farm was initially modernized by Ferdinando Portale, who converted the classic bush vine into a double-row trellis system, which is more suitable for modern maturation techniques.
