Description

Tenute Moganazzi Don Michele Etna Rosso is a Sicilian wine of great character, produced with Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio grapes. This Etna Rosso DOC comes from the northern slope of Mount Etna, an area renowned for its high-quality viticulture. The wine has an intense ruby red color and a complex bouquet of aromas ranging from ripe red fruits to spices, with mineral notes typical of the volcanic soil. After being hand-harvested, the grapes are crushed and left to ferment with their own yeasts for several weeks in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then racked and the skins pressed. The wine ages in French oak barrels before bottling, giving the final product an elegant structure and well-integrated tannins. With an alcohol content of 13%, this Sicilian red wine is perfect with red meats and aged cheeses. The ideal serving temperature is between 14 and 18°C, to best enhance its organoleptic characteristics. Tenute Moganazzi Don Michele Etna Rosso represents the essence of Sicilian winemaking tradition, combining the richness of the Etna terroir with expert grape processing.
