This wine stands out for its biodynamic and artisanal character, without added sulfites. The grapes are grown on medium-textured clay soil and fermentation occurs spontaneously without temperature control. The grapes are harvested by hand, with 60% whole berries and 40% whole bunches. Maceration lasts 7 days in fiberglass containers, again without added sulfites. With an alcohol content of 11%, this wine is ideal for accompanying fish, seafood, vegetables, and white meats. Agricola VINB

Our company is located in the wine-growing area of Vittoria, between the 230 m altitude of the historic Bastonaca area with its red sand and limestone, and the 480 m of the new Ragoleti plants where we find a mix of limestone, gypsum and clay. We grow Frappato, Nero D'avola and the Tonda Iblea olive. We practice regenerative agriculture to revive our soils and obtain the best expression of our territory in the products we make with the least possible intervention.
