Terrazze dell'Etna Blanc de Noir Rosé is a highly elegant Sicilian sparkling wine, produced from a blend of 80% Pinot Nero and 20% Nerello Mascalese . This wine hails from the northern slopes of Mount Etna, an area renowned for its high-quality viticulture. With an alcohol content of 12.5%, Terrazze dell'Etna Blanc de Noir Rosé is a Method Classico Brut, distinguished by its finesse and complexity. The volcanic soil, rich in gravel, gives the wine a unique minerality, while a light one-hour maceration in the press and gentle pressing, with a 40% yield, yield a must of great purity. The red grapes are vinified as a rosé at a controlled temperature, followed by immediate aging on the fine lees. The wine ages on the lees in bottle for 36 months in temperature-controlled cellars at 15°C, developing aromatic complexity and a refined structure. Terrazze dell'Etna Blanc de Noir Rosé is perfect with shellfish, including raw shellfish, fish-based pasta dishes, fish soups, or the typical pistachio arancini of Etna. It pairs beautifully with fish, crustaceans, mollusks, and seafood, enhancing their flavors with its freshness and vivacity. The ideal serving temperature is 6°C, to fully appreciate its fruity and floral notes, along with its fine and persistent effervescence.
