The Azienda Agricola Di Salvo presents its Deshur Terre Siciliane IGT, a Sicilian red wine made with 100% Nero d'Avola grapes from the Bivona area. Azienda Agricola Di Salvo

Our first bottle was born in 2016, thanks to a meeting with a friend, a member of the Vini Veri consortium, on a winemaking day in the family garage. A small workshop but equipped with everything necessary. We fell in love! While at the beginning of our adventure we were working on a contract basis at a winery, we felt the need for something that was all ours. We wanted to be garagistes too! So in 2019, after obtaining all the licenses, we finally inaugurated our "Garage". 60sqm where we can monitor the evolution of our wines every day, refine them in steel vats, watch them grow and mature until they are ready to be bottled. We have come a long way and from that lucky meeting today we have 6 labels on the market but we never stop dreaming.
