This wine stands out for its fresh and lively character, with an alcohol content of 12.5%. The grapes are grown on medium-textured clay soil, which helps give the wine a balanced structure and good minerality. The harvest is done by hand in 14 kg crates in the second ten days of August, ensuring careful selection of the best bunches. After harvesting, the grapes undergo soft pressing and cold maceration on the skins for 12 hours, followed by vinification off the skins at controlled temperatures. This process allows for the preservation of the fruity and floral aromas typical of Frappato , enhancing notes of strawberry, cherry, and rose petals. Thanks to its versatility and freshness, the wine is ideal for pairing with appetizers, first courses, fish, and vegetables. We recommend serving it at 10-12°C to fully appreciate its organoleptic characteristics.
