In Pachino, Sicily, an ancient land of wines that in recent decades has courageously and patiently rediscovered and enhanced its vocation, we carry on our mission as winemakers. It's our history that dates back to 1924 and speaks of grandparents, great-grandparents and old wine presses. The story of a family that has always been tied to the land and the vineyards that today, after almost a century of work, embraces the philosophy of natural wine. A true and sincere wine, the fruit of the moment and never standardised, influenced only by the rich biodiversity that is its cradle and by the sensitivity of those who guard it. In six hectares of land, overlooking the sea, the black berries of Frappato and Nero D'Avola grow, and from here our IGT wines originate. We cultivate our vineyards with full respect for the land and natural rhythms, according to traditional practices and customs passed down from generation to generation. We let our grapes ferment naturally, without chemical additives but with only the yeasts naturally contained in the skin of the berries. The result of our work is all in the glass: the structure is passion, the body dedication. The balance comes from a blend of experience, passion and fun. Cheers!
