In the cellar, work is carried out rationally and sensibly, limiting and almost eliminating any type of technical intervention. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in stainless steel, followed by aging for 6 months in stainless steel and 3 months in the bottle. This wine pairs perfectly with white meats, red meats, and semi-mature cheeses. The ideal serving temperature is between 14 and 18°C. Meridio

A tiny vineyard in the territory of Chiaramonte Gulfi, an ancient way of working. Meridio is the vineyard with the reeds, where nothing that is not natural enters. The small tree leans on the cane, tied with the "liama". Only natural fertilizer, only copper and sulfur, all the work by hand.
