Etna's volcanic terroir imbues the wine with a unique minerality, expressed in a complex and captivating bouquet. After aging on the lees for six months in stainless steel, the wine rests for an additional 18 months on the lees in the bottle, developing deep, harmonious aromas and flavors. On the nose, DBE offers notes of seafood, shellfish, and antipasti, which are also reflected on the palate, where the wine is fresh and lively, with a pleasant acidity and a long, persistent finish. The ideal serving temperature is 6°C, perfect for enhancing the wine's sensory characteristics. DBE - De Bartoli Etna Blanc de Noir Terre Siciliane PGI is a Sicilian sparkling wine of great elegance and complexity. Made from 100% Nerello Mascalese grapes, this wine hails from the northern slopes of Mount Etna, an area renowned for its high-quality viticulture. With an alcohol content of 11.5%, DBE is made using the classic Pas Dosé method, which involves a second fermentation in the bottle. DBE De Bartoli Etna

In the Contrada Rampante, between Solicchiata and Passopisciaro on the northern side of the volcano, was born Tenuta Solisciaro, property of De Bartoli Etna, DBE, an acronym that also recalls the meaning of Deep Bottom Earth. With 4 hectares of vineyard located between 743 and 769 meters above sea level, of which an hectare dedicated to Nerello Mascalese and Carricante, terroir reflects the authenticity and uniqueness of the northern part.
