The wine ages for a minimum of three years in steel vats and no less than one year in the bottle. This vinification process gives the wine a rich and complex aromatic profile, ideal for pairing with desserts and aged cheeses. The recommended serving temperature is between 12 and 14°C. Twisted vines with the roots of the vineyards, which lushly overlook the horizon. Our company has its roots in the history of a land that has seen its children grow among the vines, originating from the union of vineyards belonging to two families, Puleo Portelli and Angileri. Natural wines in the westernmost part of Sicily. To tell a place and the lives that cross it in a sip of its nectar the wine fruit of the earth and of the human, to be careful and respectful craftsmen in the continuous search for territoriality and aware of making a unique not because it is better than another but because it is precisely made by us.
