Bosco Falconeria

The company Bosco Falconeria, located 60 km from Palermo on the hills overlooking the Gulf of Castellammare, has been an integral part of our family since 1933. Our grapes grow on the hill at an altitude of 250 m above sea level, on vineyards cultivated with trellis and Alcamo bush, in red and calcareous medium-textured soils, nourished with green manure of wild herbs and legumes. For more than twenty-five years my father Antonio has taken care of these vineyards according to the dictates of organic farming. Taking a step back, learning to withdraw, to respect its balance and to intervene as little as possible. Together, my father and I, are learning to do the same with the wine. Year after year, wine after wine. Learning from others, discovering and trying also in this to be ourselves.
